SHIPPING & RETURNS

SECTION 1: DEPLOYMENT (SHIPPING)

OPERATIONAL LEAD TIME: Every item in the Milano 84 archive is printed to order to ensure quality control. Please allow up to 5 working days for your garment to be processed, printed, and prepared for dispatch.

METHOD: All orders are deployed via a Tracked Service. Once your package has left our facility, you will receive a transmission (email) containing your tracking number to monitor its progress.

INTERNATIONAL: We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by territory. Please check the shipping calculator at checkout for estimates.

SECTION 2: RETURNS PROTOCOL

POLICY OVERVIEW: If you wish to return a Subject/System, you must comply with the protocols below to secure a refund. You have 14 days from the date the courier delivers the order to initiate a return.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN: To ensure your return is accepted, the following criteria must be met:

Authorisation: You must contact us via the [COMMUNICATIONS] page before sending any items back. Unauthorised returns may be rejected.
Condition: Products must be returned intact, unworn, undamaged, and unused.
Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached. Items must be returned with their original packaging included.
Single Shipment: Returns from the same order must be sent in a single shipment. We cannot accept multiple returns from the same order sent at different times.
Original Box: If possible, please return the items in the same outer packaging they were delivered in.

COSTS: The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

REFUNDS: Once the return is received and inspected (Condition Report verified), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow standard banking processing times for the funds to appear.
